The "Performer" field at Special:Log should support autocompletion.

We don't have a way of querying (through the API) for a list of *all* users beginning with any given string - opensearch will only give us those with existing user pages.

Ignore me, we do - list=allusers does it with auprefix. (Thanks MatmaRex.)
