The user was trying to edit http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Reiniger,_Gebbert_%26_Schall&direction=prev&oldid=117917379 to remove the first heading but keep the image. The result was http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Reiniger,_Gebbert_%26_Schall&direction=next&oldid=103767568 and the didn't manage to do it without adding the ♙.
Could you provide steps to reproduce (I tried and I can't) and information about browser/OS?
I think it might be the FF specific bug for which we already have fix (but it is not released yet).
I asked at http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Technik/Text/Edit/VisualEditor/Alpha2013-04#Absatzmarker_.28.E2.99.99.29
Lydia: Any response on that?
Sorry, yes. It's Firefox (20.0.1, Windows 7). Steps to reproduce according to user: * open http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Reiniger,_Gebbert_%26_Schall&oldid=103767568 * edit with VisualEditor * select first heading "Aufbau und Expansion des Unternehmens" * remove using del-key * ♙ appears
I think our changes related to pawns also has fixed this bug; marking as closed.
