The page 'Module:mathRoman.lua' (And also a talk page with the same name) is broken (blue link to it on "Special:AllPages/Module" but it doesn't exist when you click the link) because it was created before the Scribunto extension was installed on that wiki - it has page_namespace=0 but this should be 828. The namespaceDupes.php maintenance script should fix this. From what I can tell, the Module and Module talk namespaces were added to Wikimedia wikis without namespaceDupes.php being run. I'd recommend running that script across all Wikimedia wikis.
