Note that in this mode, the VE tab is missing the oldid

In this mode without the VE, the wikitext edit tab doesn't go to the oldid, it goes to the curid page; I think we're going to have to think about how to let users get the VE from here.

Timo, any thoughts?

All of the tabs in this mode go to current, not oldid, so I think this is something that either should be fixed upstream in MW core (in which case, VE should just magically work), or be left as is, given that users will expect the current behaviour.
