Provide access to translations in other languages (Special:Translations) in a new tab. Design is in URL (bottom left).

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/57283/ is merged and may be doing this, but has problems (bug 46791 comment 2).

Issues mentioned have been resolved as indicated before comment 1 was added.
