Wondering where this particular icon is kept.

curl -I http://upload.wikimedia.org/favicon.ico returns:

find docroot/ -type f -name "*.ico" and ls return the following 1150-byte files...

... none of which are this icon. I'm assuming this is served from somewhere else, or there is something I'm missing here.

This and some other things were fixed the other day and now everything is pretty! Well, maybe not everything, but more things than before.
