not sure if this is the right place for this, but....
I would suggest, on the generic 'edit' page, that the 
Save Page | Show Preview| buttons be placed above the text box you are editing,
so that users (at least this one) do not have to scroll down every time to
preview or save.
A copy of those buttons placed above the text box would work, as well.

Note that you can change the size of the edit box in your preferences, if you
normally use very small windows where it doesn't fit.
