In the diff view links with "diff=next" (Newer edit) and "diff=prev" (Older edit) leads to a page that informs about a database error. The database did not find the text of a page that it should have found, named "Q48493" (revision#: 6575646). This is usually caused by following an outdated diff or history link to a page that has been deleted. If this is not the case, you may have found a bug in the software. Please report this to an administrator, making note of the URL.
Same problem: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q339824&diff=next&oldid=8947846
This means that all diff links from Special:Contributions (e.g. <https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Docu>) and from another diff (e.g. history page -> <https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q1375563&diff=11007683&oldid=11007649> -> previous diff) are broken. Should probably be highest priority.

I'm still getting this sometimes. Here <https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q6490585&diff=prev&oldid=13534407>, for instance, to take a random example from my contribs. Something wrong on my end, or do we need to reopen this?
