Akin to bug 33186, having a special page for users to rotate images would likely be useful, meaning users can rotate it themselves rather than having to list it for a bot to do... Or having a Gadget written (which I guess will likely happen anyway)

image page should have an option to rotate images that support it.
no need for special page. so marking it as a dupe of Bug 32875

Oooh. Yeah, can be implemented with an api call in javascript..
