The wiki was recently created and pages imported from Incubator. Normally, the imported edits show up on Special:Contributions for the respective users, e.g. I made one edit to a page on Incubator which was imported, and it shows up: https://sa.wikiquote.org/w/index.php?title=%E0%A4%B5%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%B6%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%B7%E0%A4%AE%E0%A5%8D:%E0%A4%AF%E0%A5%8B%E0%A4%97%E0%A4%A6%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%A8%E0%A4%AE%E0%A5%8D/MF-Warburg&dir=prev&target=MF-Warburg&limit=2 At least the following users are affected (i.e. they made numerous edits on Incubator, have created an account on sa.q, and the edits show up in page histories, but not on Special:Contributions): Shubha Bhaskar Bhatt Joshi SumanaKoundinya [Maybe there is a maintenance script that can be run to fix this?]

As if not, they wouldn't have been assigned the correct user id, but would be correct with the actual account name..
Special:Contributions is by username, not by user ID. Usually it fails because of wrong normalisation of usernames, see bug 323. Did you manually tough those fields before importing?
