Norwegian wikinews has met volunteer requirements
(http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikinews/Start_a_new_edition#Norwegian), and
pre-launch requirements
(http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/New_language_pre-launch#Norwegian_.28fellesnorsk.29)
and is ready to be set up.

I'd be really happy if someone could set this site up, and even happier if they
could tell me when it's done! Thanks!

Checked and confirmed; error follows:

"Can't contact the database server: Unknown database 'nowikinews' (srv34)"

http://no.wikinews.org/ is active now (since 2006-01-11
), so I close this bug.
