From the language file:
if ( $wgMetaNamespace == "Wikipedia" ) {
	$wgMetaNamespace = "Wîkîpediya";

Set the sitename to Wîkîpediya so the hack can be removed.

Brion updated the site configuration. Hack removed in CVS HEAD.
