Hi there,
following a decision of the international team organising Wiki Loves Monuments 2013, I hereby request the creation of an announce-only mailing list for the competition.

The suggested name of the mailing list is wlm-announce@lists.wikimedia.org. The default admins should be myself (odder.wiki@gmail.com) and Lodewijk (effeietsanders@gmail.com). 

Please send the generated password to both addresses, and set up the mailing list with archives; the rest of the settings will be set up by ourselves.

Hi Tomasz - I presume the wlm- prefix is to keep it shorter and easier to refer to than WikiLovesMonuments-announce?
