Description 555 2013-01-17 01:13:19 UTC
Per community consensus [1], please enable Extension:Translate and Extension:TranslationNotifications at br.wikimedia.org

We are planning to use those features mostly for public announcements related to activities by brazilian wikimedians (very specific ones for doing it on meta.wikimedia wiki) or free content materials in foreign languages aligned with mission, vision and principles of Wikimedia (very specifc ones to be done at any Wikisource subdomain).

Taking this bug.
Comment 2 Dereckson 2013-01-17 21:40:41 UTC
Gerrit change #44516.
Comment 3 Helder 2013-01-24 18:48:38 UTC
Will $wgTranslateWorkflowStates be set to false? (it is an array on metawiki)
Comment 4 555 2013-01-24 19:38:23 UTC
Yep, at least at this moment the best choice is to leave this feature disabled.
Comment 5 Nemo 2013-01-25 19:56:16 UTC
Note that this was fixed, but the extension may act weird now because jobqueue is broken; remember when testing.
Comment 6 555 2013-01-25 20:17:40 UTC
Many thanks!

Could you also set to allow local sysops to grant translation admin falgs to users, including themselves, like it is done on Meta?
Comment 7 555 2013-01-25 20:18:15 UTC
s/falgs/flags
Comment 8 Alex Monk 2013-02-03 17:36:52 UTC
Why was this reopened?
