When trying to use action=info on a EP page (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Education_Program:Example_College/Test_Course_%282013_Q1%29&action=info), an error message of "No such action. Wikipedia does not recognize the action specified by the URL." is given.

The action=info does exist, and should be enabled on these pages.

It does not exist for these pages actually :)

This enhancement can join the "stuff we get for free when switching to ContentHandler" club

Is there a bug report to follow (and block this on)? Couldn't find one.
