Description Mark Hurd 2013-01-01 17:22:51 UTC If I create a new page without specifying an edit summary, even though I have "Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" checked, it doesn't prompt me to specify one on Wikipedia and Wikiquote (1.21wmf6 (9e7e0d1)). Danny: No, an issue in the codebase that was fixed three years ago obviously has nothing to do with this though it's the same outcome.
