Changing summary because I'm told focus would prevent scrolling with arrow keys; tab order on the field should be enough.

Ouch, this is quite a shock, it was so useful on small wikis. I'm not aware of a bug on the matter, so switching this one to WONTFIX to (IMHO) clarify.
