On wikipedia fr: (http://fr.wikipedia.org/) I'm unable to compare different
versions of a same page with history. When I try, the browser opens (or saves)
the PHP files. This issue is on all browser (IE, firefox, opera, and K-meleon)
and only the french wikipedia.

Please provide specific URLs. I see no problem with:

My problem concerns all pages on this wiki. With your example I have this
message (in french, sorry) :

« Vous avez choisi d'ouvrir Index.php qui est un fichier php. Que doit faire
Firefox avec ce fichier ? » (=You have chosen to open Index.php wich is a php
file. What must make Firefox with this files ?)

It's the standard message for a download. In the others browsers there are
similar messages.

For more informations, the JavaScript error is « dialog has no properties ».

Turn off "Use external diff by default" in your preferences
