Hi, I would like to translate namespace in Venetian wiki (Vec.wiki); the
translation are in the lang file which i'll post later.

Please submit a unified patch (an actual diff. format patch) against a version
in CVS.

On second thoughts, if you want them updated in the live Wikimedia project, then
that's a whole other kettle of fish...ignore my previous comment.

I commited a dummy language file for venitian language.
It inherits messages from italian language.
