Special:Import on Wikivoyage does not function. The special page displays text:

"No transwiki import sources have been defined and direct history uploads are disabled."

I want to import XML backups of policy pages from wts.wikivoyage-old.org

This should be done through the importer group, and the creator of this request has applied to the stewards for it: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Steward_requests/Permissions&oldid=4891169#Peterfitzgerald.40en.wikivoyage
