Enough users expressed their support for a "cy" (Welsh) subdomain of Wikisource that it was listed on the "approved requests for new languages" page on October 27. I've been advised to contact the developers to have it set up; the namespace and namespace_talk should be "testun" and "sgwrs" respectively. Thank you!

I'd thought we could start with a blank wiki and then copy pages over as required.
