Which WikiVoyage? On another bug about interwikis a user said that there are some custom JS to move interproject links to the sidebar and so, might be them.

http://en.wikivoyage.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=interwikimap and Special:Interwiki look ok.

There is custom code on Wikivoyage that makes commons and wikipedia interwiki links (& maybe others) render in the sidebar ("Related sites").
