The template [[Template:-es-]] at pt.wiktionary stopped showing its image (the Spanish flag in Commons: [[File:Flag of Spain.svg]]) today.
I made some experiments and concluded that for some reason the image is not displayed at 30 pixels. If I change it to 31 pixels, then it does render correctly.
It doesn't seem to be properly cached.

Amusingly also, it works on other wikis..

It looks like bug 41113 has the best description and analysis of the issue so far, hence marking as a duplciate.
