describes a way to fix [[ar:special:Recentchanges]].

. (isRTL() ? '&rlm;' : '&lrm;') . should preceed hardcoded text srtings
consisting of / ending with directionality neutral characters as:

') . . '
')'
'; '

This is probably fixed since 1.18. Adding testme keyword.

RLM/LRMs were added in 1.18 and i can't see any major RTL overlaps in Recent Changes. Please reopen if relevant.
