The Blazer browser is the default browser on the Palm OS and does not render
Monobook properly, making navigation very difficult; however it renders skins
such as Cologne Blue quite fine. 

Either Mediawiki on the Wikimedia sites should detect Blazer (possibly from the
useragent string?) and switch to a readable skin, or Monobook should be
changed/edited so Monobook renders on Blazer.
