I tried to upload 19 files (about 80 MiB in total): with chunked uploading enabled they were all selected but there's bug 40048; without, only a random number of them is actually selected for upload (like 7 or 4), and perhaps not always the first of them.
I'm using Firefox 14.0.1 on fedora 17, monobook.

I can confirm this behaviour for FF 14/15 on Windows 7, vector.

This particular problem has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further issues you find.

I'm not sure it's the same bug. I reported a random selection in the upload step, while bug 39902 is about files disappearing in the next step. Perhaps we described it bad though.
