As noted at bug 40110 comment 1, I don't believe the files used to generate the content at noc.wikimedia.org are in Git. These files should be added to Git so that bugs such as bug 40110 can easily be resolved.

I guess this would include highlight.php and some others (I'm not sure how the root index page [i.e., <https://noc.wikimedia.org/>] is generated, to be honest). It may be a flat HTML file.

I'm making a puppet change to change the docroot so we can put it in mediawiki-config docroot

Halfway there, files are now in git at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/gitweb?p=operations/mediawiki-config.git;a=tree;f=docroot/noc;hb=HEAD

Still need the apache changes merging, pushing and apache restarted

Resolving this bug, this change is already out a long time ago.
