Clarifying - I think this was meant to be about links in the CE surface rather than in the link inspector in any way.
A pointer implies that clicking will follow the link, when in fact it places a text cursor, hence cursor:text (as it is) is more appropriate. Both LO/OO and Google Docs use cursor:text for links. WONTFIX unless I have misunderstood the point.
