I type something in google and i got my website's result, I click at one result and google redirect me to my wiki homepage instead of the page i wanted! note that this wont happen in my other non-wiki pages, please help me
And this is same for my visitors not just by me
What is your website's name? I doubt this is a MediaWiki issue.

From that google query, the second entry (Necro'lic - دانشنامه گیم ماتریس) to http://www.gamematris.com/wiki/index.php?title=%D8%B5%D9%81%D8%AD%D9%87%D9%94_%D8%A7%D8%B5%D9%84%DB%8C worked fine and did not redirect to your wiki's home page.
hey i checked you from Piwik and i saw you enter my index, my wiki is Farsi so (صفحه اصلی) means home page and if you click on that link that you gave in last comment you will see where it will go, (صفحه اصلی)
Issue: Urls like http://www.gamematris.com/wiki/index.php/Foo redirect to the homepage http://www.gamematris.com/wiki/index.php?title=%D8%B5%D9%81%D8%AD%D9%87%D9%94_%D8%A7%D8%B5%D9%84%DB%8C Seems that you have problems with the PATH_INFO. It's as if MediaWiki wasn't passed the /Foo, thus it thinks it's at http://www.gamematris.com/wiki/index.php and sends you to the main page. What's your web server? Do you have any special configuration? (such a .htaccess rewriting the urls)

My webserver is linux but i have to note that phpunname function is disabled in this server
I check mediawiki directory and saw the error_log modified 2 minutes ago, how can i see error_log?
Open it? If you're seeing the file, just open it as any other file...
