Looking at the "mobile feedback" queue on OTRS, many readers clearly have an assumption that we know what article they were reading on their device when the selected to email feedback. It would be tremendously helpful if the article being viewed were included in the email summary line. Please excuse me if I have filed this in the wrong place.
Could someone take a look at this? This should be pretty easy to add, since the name of the article is already sent as a parameter in the URL so that you can return to it.
Thanks for filing this bug/enhancement. There was legal review of this recently and there is no problem including the referring page in support emails. Arthur, we should make this change for all emails generated from the Contact form.
This has been implemented.
(In reply to comment #3) > This has been implemented. Testing with de.m.wikipedia.org it works for all contact reasons with exception of "Regarding a factual error" One of the most used contact reason I remember in info-de queue.
Should be fixed when https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/29623 gets merged and deployed.
Marking as wontfix as we are disabling the contact form (for everything but technical feedback) per #41502
