The messages pagetriage-info-timestamp-date-format and pagetriage-info-timestamp-time-format allow custom time formatting. Why not just use the regular MediaWiki date and time formatting?

This is giving a lot of problems, see URL. I tried to use the custom formatting but it doesn't even seem to work.
