Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

I envision it as a very graphical tool, with large usage of [[File:Yes_check.svg]] and [[File:X_mark.svg]] and short texts.

As a parameter, you provide a username, and it shows:
- The username exists in commons.
- The email is confirmed and email from other users accepted.

Show a list of all images uploaded to commons*, for each one
show its participation in WLM: 
- It has been uploaded in September**
- It has a Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2012 template with a good parameter (ie. one of the participating countries)
- It has the identifier template for that country.
- The identifier is in the lists.

*In case the user has many previous uploads (eg. more than 10), strip them with a message like "X more images not shown".

** Beware of date and time differences between countries.
