Instead of "WW", "EU", "SA", "AF" and so on, the full names of areas could be used in the scrollable view of ULS. I don't see a point in not doing this, there certainly is enough space and one doesn't have to think about what that shorthand could mean.

Proper labels depends on i18n which depends on project milkshake which we are working in the coming weeks.

Renaming the title, so it could be used as a dependency for other bugs which need to checked after this is don
