Please update LanguageKa.php file on CVS based on attached diff file. Depends on bug 
#2103 or it will break namespaces in existing sites.

Why has this bug been assigned to me (the submitter)? I don't have CVS access to 
Wikipedia source code... Patch is already attached. I'm reassigning to list.

Because you were the one who provided the patch, thus "fixed" the "problem"...

Well, I "fixed" the problem but I can't do anything else now. Should the bug be 
laying there waiting for me forever? There's nothing more I can do here... It's 
just waiting on bug #2103

It's flagged as needing review. When someone's reviewed it, it'll either be
flagged as such, or a developer will commit it to CVS.
