Proposal that if debug=true then suspend this so that you can test in any browser.

Resolved in I6ebb3f7a7d56d395e5fe5c7c9129b606f97aeaab

Use ?vewhitelist to activate it on blacklisted browsers. This is superior to using debug mode because it can be used to diagnose problems that occur in and out of debug mode.
