Description jeblad 2012-07-22 00:54:43 UTC
At the dev site, which is the bleeding edge of the code labels and descriptions are editable even in the history http://wikidata-dev-repo.wikimedia.de/w/index.php?title=Data:Q2&curid=234&diff=34492&oldid=34491&uselang=en

In the test site the same is not the case http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/w/index.php?uselang=en&title=Data%3AQ2075&diff=238420&oldid=227434

I assume that the correct behavior is that those attributes should _not_ be editable for actions that usually have a page that is not editable like the history page.

Make a flag that indicates whether items on the current page should be editable in general independent of the current user rights.

Verified in Wikidata demo time for sprint 12
