As seen in the below screenshots, some features can be selected in the centralised page, but remain dead as a doornail in the view for the individual article, as reported by User:Luk3.

I'm not really sure which features are missing in the individual article's page; everything seems to be there?
Also not sure if this is still relevant after the features overhaul?
