You don't mean "for all changes since your last visit." You mean "for all changes from then, including this one, until now." >Dear Jidanni, > >the MediaWiki page Manual:Preventing access has been changed on >8 July 2012 by Jasper Deng, see >http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Preventing_access for the current >version. > >See >http://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Manual:Preventing_access&diff=next&oldid=557742 >to view this change. >See >http://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Manual:Preventing_access&diff=0&oldid=557742 >for all changes since your last visit.

Yes, say "your last visit", not "then". Also remind them to be logged in, else they won't revive their subscription.
The message is correct, because it hints that there will not be any further notifications till a new visit and that the notified edits is the first since last visit. The two links have some degree of redundancy with each other, it makes sense for them to be described from two different perspectives.
