Native language names were changed some time ago, so some of those languages were uncapitalized (like 'русский', ru), and 'Беларуская (тарашкевіца)', be-tarask, was not changed. Than everything was rolled back (so 'русский' became 'Русский'), and by unknown means 'Беларуская (тарашкевіца)' became 'беларуская (тарашкевіца)'.

Because ucfirst() does not work with LRE marks, which are used in language names with parentheses in them, see bug 37705#c13.
