Fixed in a better way in  I82e051b6f25f7e71bc7fbfcbd8e9b14ecc8870af (which fixed any and all edit-link related issues instead of hard-coding exceptions for oldid).

It appears I didn't git-add the fix for this bug (I fixed several small issues at once).

Since  I5bc24e0cbdf01b3704d4ccb0 is already merged, pushed for review separately:
