Description SJ 2012-06-26 11:15:05 UTC

Comment 1 SJ 2012-06-26 11:17:33 UTC
Examples: typing "ând" at the end of a line often causes one of the following:
* a floating linebreak at the cursor (one which can't be easily deleted, not sure what's happening underneath)
* a character 4-5 characters to the left of the cursor to *change*.
** example changes: from one lowercase letter to another. from one letter to an uppercase B.

The above is not 100% reproducible; some of the above happens at least 1 in 3 times I typed this just now; I'm trying to reproduce more specifically.

Other behavior:
* When entered as the first character on a newline, a duplicate line below it with that one character is created
* Occasionally when a combo is made (e.g., ˆ+ a + r) when the second non-combo character is typed, the combination itself (here â) is deleted.
Comment 3 James Forrester 2012-06-26 17:06:05 UTC
Confirmed that I get the above odd behaviour using keyboard-shortcuts to create diacritics on Mac using Chrome and Safari (but not using Firefox).
Comment 4 Inez Korczyński 2012-07-17 18:51:45 UTC
I think I know what is the issue. Will be fixed together with adding support for IME.
Comment 5 Inez Korczyński 2012-10-16 19:12:00 UTC
This should be fixed now, as part of the fix for Ime.
