I don't know why, but I need to copy same codes to

 MediaWiki:Uploadtext
 MediaWiki:Uploadtext/zh-cn
 MediaWiki:Uploadtext/zh-tw

3 times for same notice for Chinese and Taiwanese.

Is this a bug or set it to "NOT AUTO CONVERT" in purpose?

Same problem happened in MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning too!

BTW, when I write MediaWiki:Sidebar/zh-tw in Traditional Chinese.

The sidebar keep showing Simplified Chinese.

I do not set MediaWiki:Sidebar/zh-cn. There must be some bugs that prevent  MediaWiki:Sidebar/zh-tw show to visitors.
