When I click on the drop-down selector for "More filters" it does not open to show options (it makes a quick glitch as if it was opened and closed very quickly). 

If I use the keyboard to access the menu using tabs, once I change it, from this moment it can also be opened with the mouse.

I can confirm this issue with the attached screenshot. Not only does the drop down menu show way to the left of where I expected it, but it only doesn't really work. I have experienced similar issues with Safari as well.
