Tested on :
Safari version : 1.3.1 (v312.3.1)

Description: My personal monobook.css & monobook.js are not used bye Apple Safari. Aspect stay as classic monobook style, 
no changes are  mades.
Alternaly my changes are recognised by Opera (8.5) and Firefox (1.0.6)

Just today near 09:30 (GMT+1) seem than a change was made who fix the problem, it' working now.

It's working now but it's inconsistant. In fact it's seems than Safari don't read the new .css an .js before one day or two, 
even if the cache is cleaned.
So it's probably a Safari Bug and not a Wikimedia one so i close the Bug and feel a report to Apple.
