The toolbox doesn't appear properly when looking at the "details" view.

This is an oversighted post, so it appears normal that the tools would not appear unless you click on the gray mask -- or 'View contents'. 

I cannot reproduce this problem on Firefox 9.0 for the Mac, at the same URL:

See attached screenshots of what I see, both BEFORE and AFTER IO click on 'View contents'. 

Can you still reproduce that issue on your end?

This was due to a bug in the masking code causing an empty gray mask to (a) not display properly, or (b) be clickable when it shouldn't be.  Both of these issues were fixed during the redesign.
