Bug 37141 makes it possible to register a message group with Translate. Translate has a feature that allows grouping one or more message groups into an aggregate group[1]. This makes it easy for translators to translate or maintain multiple groups, without having to switch message groups all the time.

When a message group is added to Translate, CN should create an aggregate group for a campaign, if it does not exist already, and add the newly created message group to it. This will allow translators to be more efficient.
