The change in EditPage.php to version 1.221, Mon Oct 10 18:00:01 2005 UTC by tomgilder ("Made very important preview message more obvious") 
adding <strong>-tags to the previewnote does not belong there especially since the style-definition of the previewnote moved to the stylesheets 
with 1.5. The text style should be set in the css files or the local MediaWiki messages.
