adding the __END__ magic word to the end of wikitext and not adding anything
else and saving the page will insert a revision whos text is exactly the same as
the previos revision, a recent vandalbot might have used this to its atvantage
(see url).

Resolving as INVALID, it might be desierable to save an empty revision e.g. an
empty template.
