When editing a page, it's unclear what the info in the "Standard suite" / "Wikisource specific" area is for. Am I supposed to do something with this area when I'm editing a page?

Adding some guidance here, or moving that text away somewhere else would help the editing experience.

This is a local customisation of [[en:s:MediaWiki:Edittools]] in English Wikisource, not a bug in the Mediawiki software. It is better to discuss the problem at [[en:s:Wikisource:Scriptorium]].
