On the Article Feedback Form, there are a couple presentational issues in overlay mode that should be addressed before wider deployment.

1. Learn More link has a strange box around it
There should be no box, just a text link. See attachment 1 [details] (Feedback-Form-CTA-Edit-Learn-to-Edit-Link-Bug-04-29.png).

2. White title (Help improve this page is shown in white letters)
The text should be black, not white. See attachment 2 [details] (AFT5-Feedback-Form-Missing-Title.tiff) This was reported by Philippe on Mac Firefox. I cannot reproduce on my end, but take his word for it. He showed me the problem in person, see his note below.

Hi Fabrice, Oliver -

On the article [[Barack Obama]], I got the AFT5 box, properly. When I clicked it, I can tell that it's supposed to be titled Help improve this article, but it's white text on a light background. It's almost illegible.

See attached screenshot.

PS - I may have been incorrect in saying that Philippe experienced this on Firfox. I now see that in a previous report, he said his browser was Chrome,18.0.1025.142, on Mac OSX Lion 10.7.3. I still cannot reproduce on my end on Chrome either.

1. Chrome automatically focuses the first element in a modal window on which you can take an action -- like a form input or a link. There's not much we can do about it.

2. I can't reproduce the white title text, either. Could this be something like the wrong color on the tab, where it happens if you have a particular gadget installed?

I am de-prioritizing this request because we do not currently plan to offer prominent feedback links for this first release, due to community objections.

Unless something comes up that would require us to support this after all, I plan to move this to phase 2.0, which would be later this year.

The overlay-mode form has been removed for awhile now - this bug no longer applies.
